Casa Tino

In the municipality of Capdepera on a cliff with privileged views of the sea and Menorca is this house designed in 2009.

The main idea of the project is that from all the dependencies the sea could be seen. The house has two well-differentiated facades: the north, glazed and where the views are. To the sea and the south more closed. The simple and clean volumetric forms contrast with the rocky and natural cliff on which this house stands. The pool with its cascading edge is lost in the endless sea.
